2. I conduct an audit based on your needs and requests
3. I propose a management / support / concierge plan (if needed) + cost estimate
4. Signing the agreement — and work begins: from bill management to on-site visits, maintenance and reporting

After signing the contract, I take over all matters related to the management of your property in Italy, including:
On-site visit to your property
Selection and coordination of staff (gardener, housekeeper, chef, security, etc.)
Subsequent coordination of personnel and quality control
Regular check-up of the property. Organization of technical maintenance: pool, heating, irrigation, alarm system and more
Search and purchase of furniture, appliances, organization of delivery and installation
Preparing your home for arrival
Payment of utility bills and taxes. Communication with municipal and tax offices
Representation at homeowners’ meetings on your behalf
Home bookkeeping. Full reporting in Russian
